Nine one-week summer youth tennis programs, through the town's Parks and Recreation department and Fairfield County Tennis, will begin Monday. Online registrations are being accepted.
Junior programs will run Monday through Thursdays with Fridays as the rain date. Morning Tennis Camp will be at Fairfield Ludlowe from 9 a.m. to noon. An advanced junior camp will be at Dwight Elementary School at the same time. Clinics for Pee Wees are scheduled for Fairfield Warde and the Knapps Highway Courts for 45 minutes. Adult clinics are planned for the Blake Courts at Warde as well.

`Show Me' co-ed
Boys and girls who will be in grades four through nine for the 2014-15 school year are eligible to enroll in a basketball skills clinic on July 7-11, from 9 a.m. to noon, in Fairfield Ludlowe High School's two gyms.
It will be conducted by Ludlowe boys basketball coach John Dailey, with help from high school and college players.
Cost is $175 for each clinic camper.
Those interested in participating must send to coach Dailey a form with name, address, city/state/zip code, email address for comfirmation, phone number, age and grade of student-camper during 2014-15. Checks must be made payable to coach Dailey and sent by USPS to him at 248 Old Post Road, Fairfield 06824.

camp June 23-26
Fun in the Sun Lax will be conducting a lacrosse camp for girls in grades K-8 on Monday through Thursday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Weston High School stadium turf field. High school coaches from Fairfield Ludlowe (Heather Lewsey), Fairfield Warde (Tom Davis), Weston and Joel Barlow will be the instructors.

The Ryan Swaller Basketball Academy will run from July 7-11 from 9 a.m.-noon. The cost of the camp is $160. The camp will be held at Fairfield Warde High School. The camp will focus on individual skills along with team concepts. The camp is open to grades 4-9 (entering High School).

Three sessions have been planned for the David M. Danko Basketball Academy Co-Ed. Cost is $199 per player for sessions one and three; $100 for session two campers.
The first session will be at Fairfield Warde High School, where he is the veteran girls basketball coach, June 23-27, from 9 a.m. to noon. It is open to boys and girls from ages 4 to 14 (grades K through 9).
The second session, for advanced co-ed players, is secheduled for June 30 through July 2, at Warde from 10 a.m. to noon.
The third session, for girls only ages 4-14, will be at Long Lots Elementary School in Westport from July 14-18, from 9 a.m. to noon.
The camp will stress shooting, moves in the post, rebounding, fastbreak, ball handling, passing, moving off the ball, getting open and setting screens as well as offensive and defensive philosophy.

Fairfield American Little League is accepting registrations for its summer house league. The league is open to any player, regardless of spring Little League affiliation, born between May 1, 2001 and April 30, 2005.
Registration ends on Sunday, however.
